The long awaited MV

SNSD new album hoot was out yesterday and we thought this MV would be out as well

Unfortunately,it didnt

Shawn,Zihan and i were scanning the net for it like every hour

Today was the same

Woke up and first time after brushing my teeth was to search the net for the MV

It wasnt out until late afternoon

After Zihan left...

Shawn and I got to watch it first before him xP

I'm still trying to accept the short hair

I prefer girls with long hair

It's hard after i've seen Sooyoung with long hair before

Their album has been on repeat on my music player since yesterday

Now i'm crazy about the video

It's just that it lacks abit of a storyline

I think what Zihan said about k-pop MV is true

It's usually just the band dancing and singing in a room

But the dance are cool

SNSD new song-"Hoot" :D

It's the first new SNSD song since becoming a fan recently

Excited waiting for the release of the song

First time and the first band that i track the release of the song

Shawn,Zihan and i were desperately searching youtube after lunch for the song

3 guys fighting for the 2 ends of the earphones

And for the whole afternoon,the most memorable lyrics from the song were "Trouble,trouble,trouble"

Looked through the lyrics of the song and i'm glad

I'm glad Sooyoung has two lines in the song(max line for anyone was 2)

Sooyoung has one more lines than Yuri,Yoona,Tiffany and Sunny

Surprised Tiffany and Sunny had only one line,aren't they the better singers

So now i await the release of the album...

This may turn into a blog about SNSD instead of my life...

The only thing between us was a kpop night concert ticket

I want to go for the concert but there are 7 bands in a night

Each band has little time to perform

In the end,SNSD sang 4 songs,which was acceptable

But if i went,my $118 will be for SNSD and SHINee

$118 for 6 songs

Hope they come back for their own concert

I'll definitely go for it

Results

I'm now a J(1 1/2) student!
Cause i'm not officially a J2 but i'm been promoted

Met my goal of 50 rank points,and it was on the dot 50 for my overall rank points
It's still far away from me
I still got lots to do
I need to work harder

Honestly,i didnt put in 100% for my promos
Maybe 50%???
I'm serious!
Very distracted during the preparation period
Play Facebook,play with new phone
Especially my phone,because it has wifi
So once in awhile i will go and watch videos on Youtube
Luckily my com crash a few weeks before promos
If not,i'll get even lousier results

Result day
Every result day it's always 有人欢喜,有人愁
I find myself at a loss for words
I dont know how to comfort them
I just sat there,giving support by being there physically

I really dont want this class to split
This class is so fun
Everyone can get along so well
The PCME people might be split up and mixed with the other PCME from other classes
The Lit and Hist people will probably be together
Hope i'm same class as ZiHan
Our results are about the same

I'm afraid...
I'm starting to feel scared of the A levels
It's just next year
And there's like tons of stuff to learn
I need to work hard soon
I need to get closer to my initial goal when i came to JC

Promos

Got back the results for promos yesterday
For me,it was a bitter sweet affair

:D
Sweet because i passed all my subjects and i improved in terms of rank points
I'm pretty sure i'm promoted to J2

:C
Bitter because my results were rather far apart from the top league
I should have studied harder
And i'm starting to worry...next year will be the A levels
I'm not fully prepared yet
There are still J1 topics that I'm not entirely sure of
This holiday will be very crucial

Reactions and expressions of other people were all different
They are those that are happy with their results and those that are disappointed
They are also those that were already mentally prepared to retain even before taking the results
We'll wait for Thursday to get our result slips...

Basketball (N)

I hate basketball
Like i already do
I was beginning to like basketball after two weeks of basketball during pe
Was interested then cause i got lots of things i can learn

However,I hate basketball again
I admit i'm lousy at this game
But this was only partially why

I hate it because it lacks the ability to defend

You cant slide the guy with possession!!!

Unlike soccer

You can shoot from the half court line and score

Tyco or not

And sometimes all you can do is just watch the ball float in the air and into the basket

Soccer is different

There's a goalkeeper

You can also use your body as a shield and block the ball

That's something i like to do

It seems like i've mastered the ability to predict the flight of the ball and block them off effectively

Painful to me though

Sometimes you manage to block the shot,you get that 'owned' feeling...

Like 'In your face,loser!' feeling

Scoring from free kick is an art

A magnificent display of pure skill and some luck

Free kicks in soccer are so much different from free throws in basketball

Scoring is nothing to a basketball player

They score like free

That's why i like soccer

Goals arent that easy to get by

And you get that sense of accomplishment after a goal

In basketball,you score with your hands

In soccer,you can score with any part of your body except your hands

That's when creativity comes in

And based on the situation,different parts of the body can be used

When you shoot a soccer ball,you can make it curve in the air

What can you do with basketball?

No point applying any kind of spins on the basketball

I got to admit

Yes my height is only average

Making me a little handicapped when it comes to basketball

I hate basketball

Might never want to play again even if people ask me for a game

Soccer is the best (Y)
