How could i miss this once in a lifetime chance to take photo with the torch?

Too bad cant take with the fire on...

If i had grabbed the torch and ran away,will people come after me???

In the morning,the torch relay was happening near my house

Should have gone down to take photos

They were relaying the torch just 50m from my block

Could have gotten a close-up shot on that

AHHH!!!WASTED!!! :C

Went to school for another round of torch relay

Excitement was short,only when the torch was coming in

Everyone was high again when the 5 teachers danced hip-hop

We dont seem to get bored of that no matter how many things they do it

Then we went to take picture with the torch

And with Mr C Kunalan as well

He was an Olympic runner in the past

Didnt pay attention during his talk since i was on AVA duty XP

So didnt know much about him

He was really friendly as he offered to shook hands with us

HEHE!!!I not going to wash my right hand...

Got the touch from the running god

Anyone want touch my hand??? HAHA

YOG will start soon...whether if we'll still be involved in any way

WOO the Premier League resumes this weekend(forgets about YOG)

Guess you'll see me online more often during weekends

Cause i'll be watching soccer :D

Did i mention Man U won the Community Shield?

Won 3-1 against Chelsea

That results says something:Man U are ready to win back the title!!!

Thanksgiving concert

Ok it's abit late to be posting this since it happened last Saturday
No time for blogging though

I really enjoyed the concert put up by the teachers
Even though i've seen it countless times during rehearsals
Even though i was on AVA duty
I enjoyed it

Who would have known that our teacher have such talents
I know Mrs Lim can dance but dance hip-hop as well :O
Never will i though of that
Mr Ho was acting as Edward of Twilight
Kept laughing at him after the concert XD

I was on spotlight duty
I think it created the most effect for the audience
That moment when the light hits on the presenter in the darkness...bang...like that feeling
I think the school needs more spotlight,one is seriously not enough


Today's national day
Well,i didnt care
It was just a public holiday for me
After watching the NDP parade for the past 16 years.i got bored of the usual stuff
Parachute,fireworks,marching,singing
Nothing surprise me anymore
So instead of watching the NDP,i was doing PW
Even till now,after the parade's over,I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS YEAR'S NDP THEME SONG!!

It's probably because we didnt have any national celebration in school
It was replaced by the Thanksgiving Concert
I guess National Day's not important to me anymore


Torch relay tomorrow...have to go back to school :C
It so happens that tomorrow's route will go pass the 3 schools in my life


Net force is finally pushing me in the other direction...

Suddenly i'm involved in the rehearsals

I think it's a really good concert put up by the teachers
Shall not go into the specific programme,you see it for yourselves

So i was in charge of the follow spotlight
First time touching and learning how to operate one of these things

It ignited my interest in AVA again...like when i first joined AVA
There's so much more i need to learn
The spotlight,the stage light and the digital sound mixer

Due to rehearsals,my whole Friday's taken away from me while others can stay at home and come to school at only 5.45 for the concert
The only good point-free dinner
...hmm,there's always that $30000 mixer board to see

My saturday's gone as well
Morning got econs lecture then got PW meeting
So much to do for PW...

Tuesday got to go back school for the torch relay...
while most of you all can stay at home
But i'll get to witness the flame and the relay

Seriously,PW giving me headaches
First is the WR chapters 3,4 and 5
Then is the Thanksgiving concert
Have to keep following the PW teachers with the spotlight as they are introduce

That was one of the question in the GP test

So i shall provide more useful information next time

Busy week...
Monday was Chem lecture test
Today was Physics test
Tomorrow still got GP test

Then Dr Choe's rushing us for our WR
Actually chapter 3 could have been done a long time ago
It's just that we've been neglecting our WR since school re-opened
And everyone's concentrating on their EOM that they forgot about WR
So we've got to complete chapter 3 and 4 by this week

Thanksgiving concert's this friday :D
No school in the morning XD

Luckily,i'm not really involved in the concert so no rehearsals for me
If not i will die
Wed and Thurs rehearsals

Havnt taken care of the CCA CIP yet
Buan Heng went to the organisation today to liase with them
KS my organisation sia...
Just hope they will accept our proposal

I'm in charge of the whole CCA again tomorrow XD
I dont like to do very formal meetings
...unless the teachers are around then i have no choice

'Pon' chinese lecture today cause of ava duty for assembly
Starting next week can wear half uniform to school for four days
It seems like the school is slowing losing the identity as a school
We only wear uniform for a day per week...weird
But i seriously prefer wearing the polo tee to school
It also adds this sense of uniqueness to the school

Zihan,Shawn and I spent half an hour during break looking at SNSD's photos

Will Run

Honestly i dont lost count of how many km i ran today
But one thing is sure,it's more than 12km
Longest distance i've ever ran

Went for a warm-up round with Xin Yi during the girls' run to check the sound system
Disappointed the sound cannot be heard from all parts of the school
I would certainly have enjoyed the run more

Lap 1-5:
Continual running
Eventually,Zi Han and I fall out of the pack

Lap 6 onwards:
That's when i started walking
But i've never walked an entire round
Then,somehow i caught up with Shawn...or did he slow down
The weather was super hot
Had to hydrate myself every half a lap
There was a particular station that provided 100 plus
Damn!I dont take drink from that station,should have

There was once when i was taking a cup of drink from Amelia
Couldnt grip it cause this guy bang into me
The water spilled onto my hand
WA SUPER REFRESHING!!!

I think support from friends are important
They give you that little boost when you feel like walking

There were 2 areas where i've never walk
First was the area from LT5 to The Study
It was because that's where my AVA is stationed
Plus there was this David Villa signboard which pushed me on
Wanted to take a picture with 'him'
Didnt have the time :C
Saw some students putting it back in the hall
I'm going to steal it and put it in my room XD
Second area was in front of the PE office
Because there will be people screaming at you if you walk
And Wong You shouted at me once...

Overall i think it's pretty fun but tiring
A brand new experience for me
It was amazing how the distances covered by us was more than the distance between the 2 poles

Next year i shall run on the trial run day so that i can just watch people run on the actual day
And i can take photos as well
Yes...Clarice was taking photos during Will Run
I bet some guys will run faster when they see her

Time to get more sleep though i slept for 3 hours in the afternoon

Cant believe i'm a fan now
All because Regina was playing the song 'Gee' last last Friday morning
It got stuck in my head for the whole day
I couldnt get over it and downloaded the song early in the morning before going to school last Monday
It was so i could listen to it on the way to school XD

Gee's a rather high song
Nice song to brighten up the day

So after becoming a SNSD fan,i find myself chit-chatting with our k-pop boys Zi Han and Shawn about SNSD
Never expected myself to listen to k-pop or SNSD
I think their songs are quite nice and up-lifting
It's definitely better than the Wondergirls

What's wrong with me?

I dont know why but i've been acting strange for the past weeks since school started
Sometimes i get angry at people for no reason
And i start 'liking' some people that i dislike and vice versa

Must have been the effects from the Mid-years and Camp Aspire

I've learnt to look at people's strengths BUT
i've also learnt to look at people's weaknesses and ponder upon it
When roles are given,and the person is not doing a good job
I start to wonder to myself...could i have done it better?
I try to find ways to go higher,moving away from those who dont want to put in the effort
Thought some people might try to redeem themselves during Mid-years
Nothing happened
I give up,i dont care anymore
You may say that i'm selfish
But i cant wait anymore
I've dropped too far down from the top
I'm not going to stay below any longer

I dont have time to try to make everyone happy
I've got more things to take care of
My school work,my CCA and my emotions
In the midst of tutorials i sometimes find myself stuck in a sea of emotions
So many events this term coupled with CIP is going to kill me soon
I try to find some time to relax but i only found it at this time of the night/morning...3.04am

Taking one step at a time,life is rather simple

But it's not like that
That's too many things that is going on
And the promos will be coming soon
<12 weeks

Maybe i'm thinking too much
I really hope so...
